EPO FIX C2 is a single-component, cement-based tile and ceramic fixing mortar, made in Kuwait by EPO Gulf. The powder is a blend of grey or white cement, selected fine sand, water retention agents and polymer. Only water is added on site to make a cohesive, sticky mortar that does not sag and trowels smoothly.EPO FIX C2 لاصق إسمنتي أحادي المكوّن لتثبيت البلاط والسيراميك، من إنتاج EPO Gulf وصُنع في الكويت. يتكوّن المسحوق من إسمنت رمادي أو أبيض ورمل ناعم منتقى وإضافات تحتفظ بالماء وبوليمر. تضيفون الماء فقط في الموقع ليصبح ملاطاً متماسكاً ولزجاً لا يترهّل ويُفرد بسلاسة بالمالج.

How to apply itطريقة التطبيق

Prepare the surfaceجهّزوا السطح
Make sure the surface is sound and clean, and wet it before you start. New concrete needs 4 weeks to cure, and new screed or render 2 weeks. Fix the tiles dry.تأكدوا أن السطح سليم ونظيف، وبلّلوه بالماء قبل البدء. تحتاج الخرسانة الجديدة 4 أسابيع، واللياسة أو التسوية الجديدة أسبوعين. ثبّتوا البلاط جافاً.
Mix with waterاخلطوا بالماء
Add the powder to the water: about 5 L a bag for a thin bed, or 4.2 L for a thick bed. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes, with no lumps. Use cold water in hot weather.أضيفوا المسحوق إلى الماء: نحو 5 لترات للكيس في الطبقة الرقيقة، أو 4.2 لتر في الطبقة السميكة. اخلطوا 2 إلى 3 دقائق بلا تكتل. استخدموا ماءً بارداً في الطقس الحار.
Comb the adhesiveمشّطوا اللاصق
Spread about 1 m² at a time, as much as you can tile in 15 minutes. Comb it with a 3.5 mm or 6 mm notched trowel.افردوا نحو 1 م² في كل مرة، بقدر ما تبلّطونه خلال 15 دقيقة. مشّطوه بمالج مسنّن 3.5 مم أو 6 مم.
Set the tilesثبّتوا البلاط
Press each tile in with a slight twist, so no gaps stay behind it. You can adjust it for 7 to 10 minutes. Leave joints of about 3 mm on floors and 2 mm on walls.اضغطوا كل بلاطة في مكانها مع لفّة خفيفة حتى لا تبقى فراغات خلفها. يمكن تعديلها خلال 7 إلى 10 دقائق. اتركوا فواصل بنحو 3 مم في الأرضيات و2 مم في الجدران.
Grout the jointsاملؤوا الفواصل
Grout after 24 to 48 hours, once the bed is firm. Do not grout with cement and water alone. Floors take foot traffic after 24 hours.املؤوا الفواصل بعد 24 إلى 48 ساعة، حين تتماسك طبقة اللاصق. لا تملؤوها بالإسمنت والماء وحدهما. يمكن المشي على الأرضيات بعد 24 ساعة.
