EPO SEAL R is a two-part waterproofing coating, made in Kuwait by EPO Gulf. Part A is a latex liquid in a 5 kg can, and Part B is a cement-based powder in a 20 kg bag. You mix the two on site, then brush or roll the coating onto concrete or masonry.EPO SEAL R طبقة عزل مائي من جزأين، من إنتاج EPO Gulf وصُنعت في الكويت. الجزء A سائل لاتكس في جالون 5 كجم، والجزء B مسحوق إسمنتي في كيس 20 كجم. تخلطون الجزأين في الموقع، ثم تدهنون الطبقة بالفرشاة أو الرول على الخرسانة أو البلوك.

How to apply itطريقة التطبيق

Prepare the surfaceجهّزوا السطح
Remove oil, grease, dust and loose laitance. Clean the concrete with a water jet or a wire brush. Repair cracks and holes first.أزيلوا الزيت والشحوم والغبار وطبقة اللباني المفككة. نظّفوا الخرسانة بنفث الماء أو بفرشاة سلكية. أصلحوا الشقوق والفجوات أولاً.
Mix the two partsاخلطوا الجزأين
Add the powder (Part B) to the liquid (Part A) a little at a time. Mix with a slow drill and a paddle. Mix only what you can use in 1 hour.أضيفوا المسحوق (الجزء B) إلى السائل (الجزء A) تدريجياً. اخلطوا بمثقاب بطيء ومضرب خلط. لا تخلطوا إلا ما تستخدمونه خلال ساعة.
Apply to damp concreteطبّقوا على خرسانة رطبة
Dampen the concrete first. Brush or roll the coating on with a stiff brush or a roller.رطّبوا الخرسانة أولاً. ادهنوا الطبقة بفرشاة قاسية أو بالرول.
Build 1 or 2 coatsطبقة أو طبقتان
Build 1.5 to 4 mm in 1 or 2 coats. Let the first coat dry before the second.ابنوا سماكة من 1.5 إلى 4 مم بطبقة أو طبقتين. اتركوا الطبقة الأولى تجف قبل الثانية.
Let it cureاتركوها تتصلب
Let it cure for 7 days at 30 °C and above, or 14 days at 20 °C and below. Protect it from rain while it hardens.اتركوها 7 أيام عند 30°م فأكثر، أو 14 يوماً عند 20°م فأقل. احموها من المطر حتى تتصلب.
